The new skyscraper in Zaragoza will rise in front of the Delicias station and will reach 106 meters in height thanks to its 30 floors and the antenna that will top it off. It will be the first residential building to exceed the 100-meter barrier in the Aragonese capital and only the Telefónica telecommunications tower, on Vía Hispanidad, will exceed it by 11 meters as the highest construction in the Ebro valley.
